TM Law redrafted the existing contracts of employment to achieve the flexibility the client desired. They also prepared consultants’ contracts so that the company was ready to hire consultants when necessary.
TM Law used its experience in HR to guide the company in its negotiations with its workforce to achieve the balance it was seeking, as well as providing ongoing HR support for the newly reorganised workforce.
