TM Law was founded by Terry Maylin a solicitor since 2000 and prior to that a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1994 and Terry Maylin has been employed in the legal industry since 1983. From 1989 To 2001 Terry Maylin worked for a well-respected East London Law firm Wiseman Lee in their litigation department specialising in personal Injury claims as well as debt collection and general commercial disputes.
Following that Terry Maylin then worked for Billericay Solicitors E.Edwards Son & Noice running their litigation department for 10 years. The areas of specialisms grew to include compromise agreements, employment law and residential landlord and tenant work along with the personal injury work that was the mainstay of the workload.
TM Law was formed to cater for the needs of the local business community and the needs of individuals requiring help with legal issues specifically: Personal Injury, Employment, Compromise agreements, Commercial Disputes, Debt Recovery and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Terry Maylin has specialised in personal injury claims since 1989 and is a member of the prestigious Law Society Personal Injury Panel and also a member of APIL which is an organisation dedicated to the pursuit of helping the victims of accidents and as such is in a good position to offer first class legal advice on personal injury matters
