Just becasue a debt that is owed is large doesn’t mean that it needs to be dealt with any differently from the average debts.
You can even issue claims for debt recovery in the county court for over £1m as i have done.
The main difference is ensuring that the party that have bee sued have the money or are capable of paying it.
The trick there is to get information before you fall out with the party that owe the money.If you have details of their assets bank details and the like. you have a head start.
