For those of you who have been following my blogs you will have noticed recently a change in court fees.
Having studied it closely there is some good news which is that the court issue fees for issuing claims online have actually gone down!
For example where you are owed under £300 the court fee has gone down from £25 to a miserly £15 – wow !
